We will be happy to design a "similar" piece if we no longer have the item you want in stock. We cannot guarantee an exact duplicate. You will have the same "feeling" color, etc.

Allow 3 weeks for special orders: payment is required at time of order.

Shipping and crating charges on large art pieces will be calculated on a per item basis. All shipping and postage additional.

TERMS And CONDITIONS

Frozen Fire Glass wants you to be happy with your purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase for exchange only. Items must be returned in the same shape as when they were purchased to be considered for exchange of the purchase price only. Please contact me prior to returning a piece for shipping instructions.

I stand by my workmanship, but in the event there is a problem with a piece, please contact me by phone or email to discuss the issue. I will repair the piece if there was a defect in workmanship on my part. If there was damage incurred by the buyer or owner of the piece, repairs may be able to be made for a fee.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for any amount and are good for one year from date of purchase.
